Welcome to WeeklyPlanner. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using weeklyplanner.pro, including our online planner and any free or paid digital resources available through the website.
WeeklyPlanner is operated by WeeklyPlanner, located at Delhi, India. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this operator.
Please read these Terms before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or purchase our products.
1. Our Services
WeeklyPlanner provides a free online weekly planner for organizing daily tasks.
We may also offer free and paid downloadable resources, including planning templates, printable PDFs, and bundles. Product availability, features, file formats, and prices are described on the relevant product pages.
Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, downloadable products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.
2. Using the Online Planner
You can currently use the online weekly planner without creating an account.
Tasks are saved locally in the browser and device you use. They do not automatically sync between browsers or devices. Clearing website data, resetting your browser, using private browsing, or changing devices may make saved tasks unavailable.
Keep a separate record of important information. The current planner does not provide account-based backup or recovery of locally stored tasks.
You remain the owner of the content you enter into the planner.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WeeklyPlanner lawfully and without interfering with other users or the operation of the website.
You must not:
Attempt to access restricted systems, files, or accounts without permission.
Upload or introduce malicious code.
Disrupt the website or place an unreasonable load on its services.
Bypass payment requirements or access controls for paid downloads.
Use our resources in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Redistribute our downloadable products contrary to their licence.
4. Product Information
Before downloading or purchasing a product, review its description, previews, included files, paper sizes, software requirements, and licence.
A printable PDF is not necessarily editable. Files are editable only where the product description specifically says so.
Printed colours, margins, and sizing may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, and print settings. These differences do not limit your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
5. Prices and Payments
Free resources are identified as free. Paid products display their price and currency before purchase. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown before you complete your order.
Payments are handled through the payment provider identified at checkout. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the selected payment method.
Changes to prices apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted.
6. Digital Delivery
The product page or checkout will explain how and when you will receive your files. Delivery may take place through a download link, an order confirmation email, or another method shown at checkout.
Provide an accurate email address if one is required for delivery. Save a copy of your purchased files after downloading them.
If payment succeeds but you cannot access your files, contact contact@weeklyplanner.pro with your order details. Do not send your full payment-card details.
7. Licence for Templates and Printables
Unless a product includes a different licence clearly disclosed before download or purchase, the following licence applies:
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print, and use the resource for your own personal planning, including organizing your own work or studies. You may make copies for your own use and modify editable files for that purpose.
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original or modified files.
Upload the files to public download sites, shared template libraries, or marketplaces.
Sell printed copies or include the files in a product offered to others.
Claim the underlying designs as your own.
Sharing with a team, classroom, customers, or other users requires a licence that expressly permits that use or our written permission.
Downloading a free resource does not transfer copyright or automatically grant redistribution rights.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Product Problems
Any additional voluntary refund policy will be displayed before purchase. Nothing in that policy or these Terms removes rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Contact contact@weeklyplanner.pro if a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description. Include your order reference and a description of the problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation period for digital content, we will respect it. If immediate delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgement that a cancellation right will be lost, we will request these separately before delivery begins. Simply accepting these Terms does not replace that consent.
Statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual Property
Except for user-provided content and material owned by third parties, the website’s original designs, text, branding, and downloadable resources belong to us or our licensors.
Buying a product gives you the usage rights described in its licence. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the website, enquiries, and purchases.
The planner’s local task-saving functionality is separate from information you may submit when contacting us or completing an order.
11. Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep WeeklyPlanner useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems, or service changes may affect availability.
Our tools support organization and planning. They do not guarantee that you will meet deadlines, complete tasks, or achieve particular results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Restrictions and Service Changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or a material breach of these Terms.
We may update or discontinue website features. Changes will not retrospectively remove licences already granted for purchased downloads or override our obligations relating to accepted orders.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the website and its services develop. The updated version will display a revised date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
The purchase terms supplied when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
