A Simple Space to Plan Your Week
Keep work tasks, study goals, appointments, and everyday reminders together in one weekly view. WeeklyPlanner gives you space for every day, Monday through Sunday, so you can see what needs your attention and spread tasks across the week.
Start with what matters most today, then plan the days ahead. Your tasks save automatically in the browser you use.
How to Use the Weekly Planner
- Choose your week. The planner opens to the current week. Use the arrows to move to an earlier or later week.
- Add your tasks. Click an empty line under a day and type what you want to do.
- Update your plans. Click a saved task to edit it. On desktop, drag tasks between days to reschedule them.
- Mark tasks complete. Tick the checkbox beside a finished task to keep track of your progress.
- Return to this week. Select Today whenever you want to return to the current week.
To remove a saved task, open it, clear its text, and select Save.
Use Your Weekly Planner Your Way
Organize Your Work
Plan project tasks, meeting preparation, and follow-ups. Break larger projects into smaller steps and assign each step to a day.
Plan Your Studies
Keep track of homework, revision sessions, and assignment deadlines. Give each study session a clear task, such as “Review chapter three” or “Complete five practice questions.”
Manage Everyday Tasks
Make room for groceries, household jobs, appointments, and personal plans. Keeping them in your weekly view helps you plan around other commitments.
Make a Weekly Plan You Can Follow
Start with fixed commitments, then add your most important tasks. Keep your daily list manageable and leave some room for unexpected work.
Write specific actions instead of broad goals. “Draft the introduction” gives you a clearer starting point than “Work on the project.”
At the end of the week, review unfinished tasks and decide what still matters before moving them forward.
