How to Download & Print

1. Download your ZIP file after completing your order.

2. Extract the ZIP file to access the PDF and instructions.

3. Open the planner PDF in a PDF reader.

4. Select the paper size that matches the file and check the page orientation.

5. Choose colour printing for the pink design, or select grayscale/black-and-white in your printer settings.

6. Check the print preview and print one test page before making additional copies.

Start with Actual Size or 100% scale. If the preview shows clipped edges, choose Fit to Printable Area.

Print, Plan & Use Again

Keep the PDF on your device so you can print fresh copies for your own planning. Write down your commitments first, add the tasks that matter most, and leave a little room for changes.

Black-and-white printing uses the same PDF. A separate ink-saving version is not included.
